Survimpact rewards you each time you participate in a survey by awarding you points that vary depending on the length of the survey.

The number of points you can earn varies depending on the surveys. Survimpact always informs you of the approximate duration of a survey and the number of points to be earned in the invitation sent to you.

Unlike its competitors, Survimpact does not impose any limit on the use of Survimpact points. They are valid indefinitely.
Go to your Survimpact Member area. On the left side of your screen, in the "Points History" tab, you will find all the details about your points.
You can convert your points starting from a threshold of 4,000 points.

The duration of a survey varies depending on the study, ranging from 3 to 25 minutes.
Sometimes surveys experience technical issues, often due to the need to update your browser (e.g., Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.). Google Chrome seems to be the most compatible browser for accessing all surveys.
You can only participate in a survey once. For this reason, survey links can only be used once. If you open the link once, it will no longer be possible to open it a second time, even if it remains visible in your dashboard.
Some surveys are not yet available on tablets and smartphones. This depends on the survey institutes themselves, not on Survimpact.
Sometimes our partners are looking for very specific profiles. In some cases, your profile may not be retained after answering a few initial questions. This is known as a "screen out".
Sometimes, when you want to respond to a survey, our partner has already reached the required number of respondents. This is referred to as "quota full" or "quota reached". To avoid this, we recommend responding to surveys as quickly as possible.
You can only participate in a survey from the country where you registered and where you reside. When you go on vacation abroad, you cannot answer surveys.
You can only participate in a survey once. If someone among your friends is logged in with the same IP address, they and you cannot both answer the same survey. Each registration profile and IP address must be unique to comply with the survey policy.
Sometimes you are eliminated from a survey because your response time is too long. In this case, your response cannot be recorded by our partner. Each survey has a time limit, and we encourage you to respect it. Response time is one of our quality and commitment criteria.
Some browsers redirect your messages to your spam box. In this case, simply add us to your address book.
Go to your member area and click on the "Sponsoring" tab on the left side of your screen.
You earn each time you refer a friend. Your points are credited as soon as your referral participates in their first survey.
Please note that Survimpact does not reward the referral of inactive or fake accounts.
Product tests, in partnership and agreement with the concerned brands, are tested by randomly selected members. Once the product has been tested, you provide us with your feedback. This feedback is then shared with the brands for product development.
When a product is available for testing, Survimpact will indicate this on its website. If you are interested in testing the product, you can register by following the online procedure. If you are selected, you will receive the product directly at the address you have provided.
Yes, you can keep all the products received. Survimpact only asks for your feedback on the tested products.
